Cancellation Policy

Class Booking & Commitment: All group training classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each class is reserved for a specific date and time, so it cannot be moved to a different week. Cancellations & Communication: If you need to cancel or are running behind, please DM me as soon as possible. This helps me support you and keep the flow of the class strong for everyone. Late Arrival Policy: Please arrive on time and ready to train. Out of respect for the group and class flow, entry is not guaranteed if you are more than 10 minutes late. We start together, we move together. Community & Accountability: This is more than a workout, it’s a space for women to show up, reset, and grow together. Your presence, energy, and consistency matter not just for you, but for the entire group.
